Yes, that's the Big House two doors down Snyder Avenue

An almost perfect location -- of course that depends on what you consider fun. First off, if you're not a UofM football fan, please reconsider. This place is not for you. Sure, it's only a few times per year, but the idea of someone not tailgating here is almost criminal.

We're talking tradition. When we purchased this place 12 years ago, we accepted the tailgating torch and vowed to carry it high. We also made a promise, that to the best of our ability, we would do whatever it took to maintain that fine tradition when it came time to move.

Looking west from the driveway The other 350-some days that you're here, you'll find Snyder Ave to be a very friendly place. The street tunneled with mature trees and the neighbors are first-rate. In all the years we've been here, only once did we have ex-felons living across the street playing loud rap at 2am. (funny story, true too -- but not to worry, they're gone.)

Crime is almost non-existent here (the Ann Arbor Observer will confirm this) -- we've never had an incident. (except when the ex-felon guy threated to beat me senseless-- but he didn't! he was just bluffing... I think.)
