Dog is not included. Available for small fee. High Density Seclusion

The back yard is small - unthinkable for just about any activity which involves fast movements. But that's ok, because rapid anything while kickin' back on the deck should be prohibited.

The attached deck is attached to the dining room with a new high quality sliding glass door. Access to the grill is about four steps from the kitchen. While the deck is not huge, it comfortably can hold about a dozen people.

Plants are bigger now - more weeds too The deck is surrounded by trees on all sides which gives you a feeling of peaceful containment. The perimeter of the back is reasonably landscaped so pruning and weeding is about all that's needed there.

The neighbors to all sides are darn nice folks and none of them have barking dogs or teenage rebels who play Nine Inch Nails past midnight.

For a house being in the middle of such an active area, you will be amazed how relaxing it is back there.

Tailgating rasied to an art form Here's another shot looking at back of the house. The deck only gets a few hours of sun during the day. After about 3pm, large leafy trees act as huge umbrellas making late afternoon gatherings just the right temperature. (except of course, in the dead of winter when it's colder than heck)

Idea: About the only thing that would be cool to do here would be to extend the roofline from the kitchen pantry and cover the deck. This addition could make you a legend in football tailgating.
